Urgent deliveries can be sent instantly to the nearest, best-equipped vehicle. The creation of routes and schedules in Dispatch allows you to automate repetitive order creation and simply “Confirm” delivery requests prior to sending them the trucks you choose.
SMARTlynx Dashboard
Accountability and information on each truck are displayed to dispatch and managers on the SMARTLynx Dashboard. In a single glance, you can check inventory, speed, location and activity of each truck. Easily recognized color schemes alert you instantly to problems. If you need to look deeper, you can click on a selected truck on the Dashboard to view all pertinent information.
SMARTlynx Reporting
Use any or all of the 20 standard reports to process and digest information. Truck and driver activity, volumes, customer information and a wealth of other data are quickly extracted from your database and condensed into a concise, easy-to-understand report. Save the report to Excel or any number of spreadsheet or word processing formats for internal record keeping or to share with your customers.
SMARTlynx Maintenance
New customers, new products, personnel changes and a myriad of other dynamics can be instantly integrated with SMARTLynx Maintenance module. When linked with your back office software, SMARTLynx automatically updates critical data. You may also manually enter information to your database to keep all information up to date.
