SMARTLogix'^TM Customer Access Area enhances customer service by offering a secure, password-protected environment for Tank, Truck and Integrated customer accounts. The Access Area is logically designed to view Product Information Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's) and Customer Files.

Product Information  View available SMARTLogix products and order them directly from the website. View order status and projected delivery information in one easy-to-access, secure location.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's) - Research the most commonly asked questions about SMARTLogix products and services. The FAQ's have been compiled and addressed by a team that has a combined knowledge base of over a century in the fuel distribution industry. If your question isn& rsquo t listed, simply submit it to get the answers you need.

Customer Files - Allows you to store files and set " permission levels" so that specific files may be accessed only by select individuals in your organization. Accounting-level employees will have access to invoicing and account information while drivers will only view related files or topics of interest (training manuals, product updates, etc.). Permissions may also be set for " all access" for management-level personnel.
