SMARTLogixTM professional trainers enable your personnel to fully and successfully utilize the functionality of SMARTLogix products. As the first step, we provide comprehensive driver manuals, troubleshooting guides and dispatch manuals. Then, coordinated with the launch of the products, our trainers lead on-line dispatch training, on-site dispatch training and on-site driver training. On an ongoing basis, we provide 24/7 support to drivers and dispatch as well as online training for periodic new software releases. We can also be available for supplemental on-site training as required by changes in your organization.
